Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. What Qualifies as a Return?
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
The product reached you in a damaged condition.
The product has a clear manufacturing defect.
The wrong item was shipped to you.
Note: We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or personal preference after the product has been delivered in good condition.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Replacements: If the stock is available, we will ship a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds: If a replacement is not available, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
